Easy Account Management with the New "Addendum"

We’ve added a new Addendum report to your monthly statement. The addendum is designed to simplify management of your Guardian account services. The report includes a listing of all pending move-ins and move-outs that have been reported to us but are not scheduled to occur until a future date. Many owners and managers provide us with occupancy changes well in advance of their actual occurrence. This report confirms our receipt of these changes and the date these changes are scheduled to occur. Your monthly Addendum also includes a report of all final bills we processed for your account during the current reporting period. The report details the address, name of the vacating occupant and the date the final bill was prepared.
