Staff
We are proud to staff our own factory-trained Guardian installation and service technicians. Our team includes licensed master and journeymen plumbers backed by a national network of submetering installation and service contractors. We are D.O.T. gas pipeline-qualified and install gas submeters using our own technicians.

Our full-service maintenance plan sends a Guardian technician to your property either monthly or quarterly to address any submeter maintenance issues. Only available in select markets.
Meter Maintenance Alerts
Properly functioning meters help maximize recovery of your utility expenses and protect your bottom line. To ensure these problems are not overlooked, we send our clients a monthly email alert spotlighting meters requiring service at their properties. The alert includes the contact information (telephone number and email address) for their Guardian service coordinator. You will be asked to contact your Guardian coordinator for service.
Facilities
Since our inception in 1983, we've made a commitment to developing our own in-house meter testing, repair and distribution facility. We understand that meter downtime is expensive. Our on-premise facility speeds turnaround of meter repairs. Our meter rebuild services provide a low-cost way to increase meter accuracy and revenue production. As a stocking distributor for all major submeters and related components, we can avoid long factory lead times.
Insurances and Licenses
Each Guardian installation contract is protected by a $2.0 million general liability insurance policy with our client named as an additional insured. All Guardian employees are covered by workers compensation policies. Guardian carries a master plumbing license and is D.O.T. gas pipeline qualified.
